Phones4u scares customers (again?)
UK mobile phone retailer Phones 4u is at risk of having its latest advertising campaign censored by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), after receiving 185 complaints about its horror themed campaign.
The adverts feature a scary girl that haunts would be phone buyers with the tagline ‘Missing Our Deals Will Haunt You’. The ASA is assessing the complaints before making further judgement. Continue reading

Meet GoMo News at CTIA
I will be heading out to CTIA shortly and as a result GoMo News is a bit quiet today.
But if you want to meet I am the Chairperson at the Mobile AR Event on the 11th.
I will be at the GSMA press conference on Monday and the Verizon Party; there is also an Open Market party on the Tuesday 11th and Wednesday is a bit of a WIP Day.
There are a few other invites out there also from the Myriad Group and I will also be at Pepcom (phew). Its going to be a busy week.
