The Mobile Media Initiative enables newspapers to provide consumers with a customized mobile connection to the content of choice. Using the mobile phone consumers receive editorial content with classified ads and register for specific alerts of promotions.

The apparent benefits include increasing loyalty form consumers to newspapers and making newspapers more attractive to advertisers.

The Telcordia Mobile Messaging and Application Platform is a comprehensive database management and push messaging solution with real time reporting functions. Providing easy integration with existing and new web platforms, the Telcordia Mobile Messaging and Application map solution allows data collection into a single database for both web and mobile. Telcordia Mobile Messaging and Application provides three push options: e-mail, text messaging, and voice. Collection and push dynamics can be segmented in several categories, with robust group management for targeted clients and customers.
