Admob hits 249 million mobile page impressions with iPhone

Admob’s iPhone advertising unit is seeing an average growth of 30% month its announced today.

Since the conception of the iPhone ad network back in July 2007, AdMob served over 249 million advertisements worldwide.

In June alone it served 51.8 million ads worldwide, a 32 percent increase from the 39.1 million ads served in May. Most of the traffic on the iPhone ad network has come from the following countries in order of magnitude - United States, where its served 34 million ads in June, Philippines, United Kingdom and France.

Major advertisers that have run iPhone ads exclusively with AdMob include Land Rover, Jaguar and Fox.
