AskMeNow the question and answer mobile search company is collaborating with Alltel, the US mobile operator.
How?
AskMeNow can now be downloaded on smart phones running BlackBerry, Palm and Windows Mobile 5.0.
How Much?
The application costs USD 3.99 per month.
Or the SMS service is also available by sending a text messages to ASKME (27563) to initiate the service which cost USD 0.25 per question or a flat rate of USD 1.99 per month.
But – its free to download for the first 30-days.
What we think.
Mobile phones are becoming knowledge banks and ask or find solutions such as AskMeNow are simple and affordable to add on to a mobile service. In fact, its often the first service that consumers download because of its “educational” value. Other mobile ask and find solutions include: AQA and 8SAsk on mobile.

(There was analysis on mobile answers services in the February issue of The Mobile Search Analyst)
