Rating: MRAID compliant 3D mobile ad campaign creation tool
Amobee has launched a mobile ad creation platform which it claims enables advertisers and publishers to create innovative rich media and 3D mobile ad campaigns. Known as PULSE Create, it gives publishers the ability to measure performances of rich media and 3D mobile ad campaigns. Rich media ads generated by PULSE Create will be MRAID compliant, and can therefore run on any large network. The company claims that 3D and rich media mobile ads result in increased time spent in-ad, and better results.PULSE Create is fully integrated into Amobee’s PULSE for Publishers platform, so publishers can now demonstrate the added value of their inventory when advertisers choose to reach consumers with 3D and rich media mobile ad campaigns.

PULSE for Publishers incorporates Mediation, Real Time Bidding (RTB), Forecasting and 3rd party data for targeting.
PULSE Mediation provides publishers with the best tools to sell their remnant inventory to over 80+ ad networks with consolidated reporting capabilities.
PULSE RTB is based on OpenRTB 2.0 specifications and gives premium publishers the ability to create a private exchange to sell to demand side platforms of their choice.
Additionally, PULSE RTB gives publishers comprehensive controls to manage the visibility of user data on the exchange.
Amobee was recently acquired by mobile industry giant SingTel. The company was also declared the winner of the ‘Mobile Marketing & Advertising Agency of the Yea’ award at the 17th Annual Global Mobile Awards, held at MWC 2012.
