2. It will work in SprintNextel’s network and feature ask.com, Citysearch and Evite. Shortly Match.com, Ticketmaster and realestate.com will be included

The Myths are also clear
1. Location based services are the rage
2. Friend finding services are hot
3. GPS rocks

The Reality

1. USD 9 for this service is expensive as some GPS mobile search services (eg Infospace Find It – start at USD 3.99 per month on Blackberry Devices)
2. Friend finding services were launched back in 2001 by the likes of O2 Germany and have never ever taken off
3. The most successful European uptake of GPS services comes from Dog finding services
