At the bar in Cannes with Coke, Nokia, Trutap, M:Metrics, Smaato

Prinz Pinakatt a Manager of interactive media Coca Cola bought me a drink at the bar. That was the start of the night and I grabbed him and said. “Hey Coke has run an advertising campaign with everyone - then I named some, what are you looking for”. He gave me a great answer. He said we are always looking to engage. It doesn’t matter who runs the campaign, what matters is the amount on engagement.

Minh Tran Head of Sales Nokia Ad Business also bought me a drink and then we had a good conversation about ad networks.

Graham Ferguson (Picsel) bought me a glass of champagne for EUR 20 and he didn’t flinch. I also spoke to him for about an hour but I’m not telling.

Paul Goode from M:Metrcs bought me lots and lots of drinks (thank-you).

Doug Richard Trutap kissed me (on the cheek!). We also finally asked him a question I have wanted to since running the gauntlet - so more when or if. But David Whitewood from Trutap gave me a live demo of the new service. I have to say that from the client on my phone to what is coming with RSS and presence it looked very very good.

Petra (yikes what is her surname) from Smaato she didn’t buy me a drink but wins the star best conversation of the night.
