In a move that represents a huge shift for mobile marketing, customers of Oracle’s CRM On Demand can now send out campaigns that can be read on any mobile device.
Users will no longer the need to create separate campaigns for mobile users, or worry that customers won’t be able to read the content on their mobile device.
Using Augme’s AD LIFE platform, Oracle CRM On Demand is now a powerful mobile CRM solution. Oracle has integrated two key elements from Augme – content rendering and device detection – to ensure that campaigns can be read on any mobile device. This is the first such integration of its kind for Oracle.
Augme’s AD LIFE platform can deliver key functions of mobile execution when integrated with Oracle CRM On Demand. AD LIFE connects with core systems to deliver mobile content, manage mobile response communications, and deliver mobile advertising, marketing and commerce tactics. AD LIFE can measure and refine mobile consumer data points across multiple media channels.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of customers. Augme pursued this as a result of existing clients asking Augme for a mobilization engine that can be closely integrated into Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing.
