Bena Roberts and the black wand of breast cancer
I believe in destiny. I also believe in Karma. So, after falling over, blaming drinking at University, smoking in Amsterdam and feeling a bit like Cinderella.. I think I am finally ready just to say it.
I have breast cancer.
The black wand hit me and I feel like crap …but next week I will have a few operations followed by Chemotherapy and then um… the bitch should be back in about six months!
If you are NeoMedia, Scanbuy or any major mobile barcode provider or anyone with a barcode story – I would still like to try and cover it. It might be late, but if you SMS me when the news is published on good days I intend to write. I can’t do everything and I have to focus on getting better - but where there is a will…
Meanwhile, please use my brilliant team.

Bena, I wish you the best. My wife also has cancer and we are coping with it. I’m sure you will, too. We will pray for you.
Bena, Get better soon but, IMO, research your options to get well and don’t just accept the standard word of chemotherapy being the only cure. You have options. lns eom
Bena..good thoughts and strong vibes coming your way. Love cures all ills. Be well!
Hey girl, keep the faith, prayers and good vibes will be coming your way daily from our family here in the States. I lost both parents from other rare forms of different cancers. The main thing I learned is surround and immerse yourself with good family and friends and stay positive, you will beat this I am sure, the spunk you have in you will keep you going and moving forward.
All the best,
SOG

You will be in our prayers Bena. Get well and get back to us.
Bena…..I have enjoyed your reporting effort. The simple and pure, kind-of-naive style. Many of us here at I-HUB are so concerned about seeing value in our investment…..but what truly matters is life itself. I can tell by your spirit that you will overcome this challenge. Keep a positive mind-set!! I sincerely wish the best for you!
Robert
