Blyk me, I’m in trouble?

Telecoms reports that Blyk might be in trouble and cross network MMS is not currently available. That might be the case but its just a small hiccup.

But I have been doing some thinking and I think that the Blyk invite only is a clever marketing ploy to be get issues in the back ground sorted for a real launch in about six months and this is a sort of beta only. Why do I think this?

Because Blyk was under aggressive rollout pressure.

Because I met a girl in the toilet at the ME Awards and she said the “real” launch will be great. I reckon this is a softer launch. ** I might be just guessing here but toilet talk can be very, very powerful.
So I sent an email to my cousin Mala who just started at Surrey University to check her freshers bag (the place where Blyk will be advertising). This is the response:

Mala 7:13pm September 24th
hey i didnt get an invite for that and i asked around and no1 knew what it is or had it it either sorry. how is everyone? hope you are all well take care x

You would think Surrey would be on the “hot” target list. I am going to Thames Valley University around the 8th for the advertised Blyk event and will have my spies on the ground too!
