I went into the 3 shop in Harrow today and asked for the cheapest phone in the shop. The sales man didn’t stand up and just pointed at the Skypephone. I looked at him and said, I’ll have it.
He said, “OK”. Boxed it up and gave me 2 additional SIM cards.
I said, “I already have a 3 SIM and this is just a new phone for my mum”.
He said, “ I have to give it to you”.
I said, “why”
He said, “it increases our numbers or something”
I said, “OK”. Then I left.
How much was the phone?

Was the sales man nice or did I get a good customer experience?
To be honest, the man didn’t care about me or my phone and didn’t even want to serve me.
