Company founders are leaving left right and centre at the moment and this time it’s the turn of Virgin Mobile’s Gow and Steel (source).

It’s actually a great time for founders to leave and start new ventures as mobile content is finally in the spotlight and new splashy start-ups are making big impressions. There is room for more new talent and more often that not – great companies under perform because founders don’t know when to move on. Virgin Mobile has done amazingly and both Gow and Steel should be proud.
