CTIA: Harald Neidhardt Smaato mobile advertising

I had a great briefing with Harald from Smaato eating tofu and eggs over lunch with Earl Grey tea in a very trendy, bio-happy restaurant across the road from CTIA. In fact it was in between the Marriott and the Moscone Centre (if anyone needs a healthy place to eat).
But anyway – my first question for Harald was “what is your value add?”.
The problem with mobile advertising companies is that they are mushrooming. Everyone thinks that mobile advertising will be the next cash cow and willy nilly embarking on money making initiatives. Not Harald.
Harald is the founder and CMO of Smaato a mobile advertising company that triggers ads into clients and applications, has an RSS advertising business model and is also dabbling in next gen voice advertising.
Its been a long day and I know that there were some things during the briefing that were for an NDA. I have the meeting on tape and will publish in the Mobile Search Analyst but all in all Smaato is a small but expanding mobile company that is going places.
