So the ICSS people saved the best for last and dual last presentation was a nice round up of the day and key points of the new ICSS wholesale strategy. I will write this up and some other interesting information in BKI Media Analysis 2.0.

But in short the message was that wholesale and IP is the future. QOS is vital and partnerships are also essential.
