E-Plus puts it hands on it and makes a promise

Hand drauf! That is a German saying and I though it meant hand on it. But my neighbour says it’s like hand on your heart or something or I promise.

So, third German mobile operator E-Plus is making some HUGE promises today.

What?
Yep – it is promising one price in all networks, the best prices for Families or Business. I think it is like the new code of conduct from E-Plus.

“Mit den schriftlich niedergelegten Markenversprechen und dem Siegel geben wir unseren Kunden feste Zusagen,” so Alexander Bernecker, Director Marketing E-Plus. “Im hart umkämpften Mobilfunkmarkt wird viel versprochen, E-Plus hingegen legt sich fest. Das schafft für die Kunden zusätzliche Transparenz und Sicherheit. Sie können darauf vertrauen, die Leistungen zu erhalten, die ihnen die Marke verspricht.”

What is the promise?
1. To do the thinking for the business and to make sure that the prices are rock bottom
2. To offer Family and Partner Tariffs for 0 cents.
3. To be True and Honest at all times.

What we think?
There is NO cusotmer service in Germany. So this can only be a good thing.
