Stuart Ferguson joins olloclip as sales director for EMEA

groundbreaking solutions for mobile photographers - ferguson

GoMo News was pleasantly surprised to see Stuart Ferguson emerge as sales director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with olloclip. The company creates easy-to-use mobile photography tools and will best best known to regular GoMo News readers as the supplier of the 3-in-One lens for Apple iPhones which we reviewed here. Ferguson has over twenty years of sales experience having worked with former industry greats such as Palm, PSION and i-mate.  Last year [2013], we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our old mucker, Steve Muttram,  was in charge of business development for  the olloclip. Muttram formerly played a key role at UK distributor – Portable Add-ons.

Stuart Ferguson will play a vital role in expanding the olloclip brand throughout the EMEA region.

He will be responsible for managing the olloclip sales team in EMEA and developing partner relationships with distributors and resellers.

Patrick O’Neill, Founder and CEO of olloclip, commented, “Stuart has earned his stripes in the consumer electronics and mobile communications sectors implementing effective sales strategy programs to generate demand.”

O’Neil added, “His expertise in working closely with distribution and retail channels will prove invaluable as we continue to grow market share in the UK and Europe with our partners.”

Ferguson joins olloclip from his previous role as sales director UK, Nordics and Eastern Europe at mobile solutions company iGo.

“The mobile accessories and tools sector is fast moving and exciting, and I am delighted to be joining olloclip, which is playing a key part in bringing groundbreaking solutions to mobile photographers,” Ferguson said.

“There is huge potential for further growth in the UK and Europe and I am keen to utilise my experience to help olloclip broaden its customer base.”
