Gracenote provides MTV with mobile music lyric search
Rating: la, la, la, la, la, la, la la – I just can’t get you out of my head

A few weeks ago in an Irish pub quiz in Darmstadt I won first prize for the music section of the quiz. I raise up my hands now and declare I cheated.
SonyEricsson has given me a device the SonyWalkman to test. On it are lots of really sexy mobile games from Fishlabs and a Gracenote music search service. Anyway – it got 10 out of 11 music tracks right when the search function was used.
Now; this is in a very noisy and loud environment and some of the music was global rather than just US or British. This is impressive. I think Gracenote rock with mobile music and lyric search and MTV have done well to deploy this.
