GSMA calls for papers for MWC 2015

Gosh there’s only 7 months to go before we are back in Barcelona

Crikey! The GSMA’s last Mobile World Congress was held back in February [2014] but it seems like just weeks ago. No ones to hang around, the guys at the GSMA beavering away to make the 2015 event even better. After all, it is the world’s biggest conference and exhibition covering the cellular/mobile ecosystem. Anyway, the GSMA has announced its first major deadline – its Call for Papers will close at 23:59 GMT on Friday, 12th September [2014]. Top of the list of topic are, of course, 5G and advertising/marketing. So if you want to participate in this process, you’d better get your skates on.

MWC 2015 will take place in March next year [2015]. Which will come as something of a relief for MWC veterans who had grown accustomed to being in Cannes, then Barcelona for February 14th.

So the romance has been put back into MWC once gain.

In 2015, the Mobile World Congress will continue to feature a world-class thought leadership conference programme with over 42 sessions covering the most critical topics in the present and future mobile industry.
