Holy Zimbra and Hallelujah Ovi – I need a man!

I am red faced. I am a mobile services expert and am having difficulty with my ovi.files and zimbra on the iPhone.

What is the problem?

So, I get an email about a new Zimbra service for Yahoo for the iPhone and I download it no problem on the PC. Yesterday I also downloaded Ovi Files for the PC on the laptop with no problem.

But, I can’t access via the phone. I feel so stupid – I am sure I am doing everything right. I am following the instructions but the app is not going to the phone. I am so embarrassed I am not going to ask Nokia or Zimbra to help me –but my husband this weekend. If he can’t do it then I fear two poor usability reports on downloading new services for Yahoo! and Nokia to follow.  I mean I have downloaded that many things straight to the phone – it must be the PC client that is making me miss something.

I do not know? Will report back.
