iPhone will be free on 02

TechCrunch is reporting that the new 3G iPhone will be free on the O2 Network with an 18 month contact.

New iPhone customers will have to register on the O2 web site and iPhones will be sent out as O2 get them from Apple. Existing iPhone owners will be charged £100 to upgrade to the new device which is released in the UK on July 11th.
