However, there is one that you have forgotten to mention and that is the QRdeCODE Application from Denso Wave the inventor of the QR code?
It is available in the App Store for a small fee and allows you to create your own QR code as an image.

There is a new player in the industry, Scan 2 Mobile, with some pretty great ideas on how to make the QR code bridge between brands and consumers pretty easy to cross. Their platform with specific calls to action and unique landing pages is really a positive step ahead in this new marketing form.
