RADIO & TV – mobile marketing company Hipcricket has announced that Ramar Communications has decided to expand its contract with Hipcricket. Ramar is a Texas-based media company that owns four radio stations and five TV stations. Ramar will use the cloud-hosted HIP 7.0 platform from Hipcricket to power SMS alerts, weather forecasts, sports updates and more.
POYNT – mobile search company Poynt has been on a roller-coaster of deals and partnerships this year.
