Mobile Advertising: GoldSpot gets hot deal with Denuo a Publicis Company

GoldSpot Media is powering dynamic ad-insertion for mobile TV and video is partnering with Denuo

Denuo?
Denuo is a marketing and media futures practice. Which means that it studies consumer behaviour and motivation for uptake of new media services.

In this case the service is TV and Video GoldSpot and Denuo will focus on enhancing the existing services on offer.
From the press release
    “As our mobile TV and video advertising model is being evaluated by
mobile service providers around the world, we’re constantly receiving
feedback on a wide range of issues that will ultimately determine the
viability of this new advertising media,” said William Ganon, senior vice
president of Advertising Strategy, GoldSpot Media.

What does this deal mean?
This is great for GoldSpot. Advertising is about statistics and drivers of uptakes. These are not known at the moment in mobile. This needs to change and getting in a with Publicis is great for GoldSpot as if the tests and services are successful - GoldSpot will be in a great ad-inventory serving position.
