Mobile Advertising Workshop & Even More!

by: Bena Roberts Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

Yesterday, was unquestionably the biggest day of my life.  I mean working life I am not going to mention giving birth (twice) without any assistance or medication and only Yoga and chanting. (What on earth was I thinking?)

For the first time ever I did a huge Mobile Advertising workshop. Which was really really fun. I didn’t feel like I was working and the banter in the class was really really good. I think that I am going to need slightly smaller classes moving forward – and I also think that adding Mobile SEO isn’t necessary.

There is so much to teach on mobile advertising – a lot of people are doing this to see if they need a mobile site and how to monetize it. At the last minute I re-jigged the SEO section into a 101 on creating your own mobile site vs Winksite/ Wapple etc.

I could see in everyone eyes when I started on SEO – they didn’t have a clue! I think SEO is going to be huge and we are getting there.

But all in all. I think I am very happy. I would like to thank Rob Knight for his support over this busy time!

But then.
I left the Workshop and flew back to Germany. The minute I got off the plane I had a conference call (I dropped some hints over at (www.mobileseonews.com). I can’t tell you anything about it yet. I am under NDA – but that was amazing. Can everyone that reads this cross your fingers for me as I really need good karma!

Anyway – anyone that needs to understand mobile advertising or implement a campaign. Please let me know!
