Mobile News Overview – Mobivox, Orange Lycamobile and Go2 Media
Some mobile news headlines for today - from Mobivox, Orange/Lycamobile and Go2 Media.
Mobivox
MOBIVOX|PL marks a new direction for this well-respected leader of voice enabling technology. MOBIVOX PLATFORM successfully recognizes spoken contact names from uploaded or manually entered contact databases. End users simply have to say out loud who they want to call and Mobivox’s voice-enabled application does the rest. In these days where the dangers of texting and dialing while driving are on the front pages of the news, Mobivox’s voice-enabled solutions, including voice-activated dialing and call control, group calling, and voice-to-SMS, and voice-to-email messaging, are hands-free enablers whose time has come.

Orange Uk Announces Lycamobile as New MVNO
Orange Uk announces the introduction of Lycamobile, the sixth Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) to run over the Orange UK network.
(Am only mentioning above story because I like Orange. Have had run ins with Lyca a few years ago and they treated me terribly - like sharks - hope they have improved since then.)
