Mobile search company MCN acquires mobile recommendation company Caboodle

MCN has purchased the intellectual property and patents from Silicon Valley start-up Caboodle. Caboodle is a mobile recommendation company using open source technology to enhance results for mobile. MCN has not hired any of the staff and this transaction is pure technology.

We have been doing some digging on Caboodle and get ready for some more detail in October’s Mobile Search Analyst.
