Mobile start-ups galore at Under The Radar

Good morning and greetings from Mountain View, California! I’m here at the Under The Radar event being hosted in one of the many Microsoft buildings down here. Under The Radar is an event dedicated to showcasing what it calls “disruptive” companies in the sector.

Under The Radar lives up to its name when it comes to conference structure. The day is dedicated to a number of specially selected companies that have the potential to be big. Each company will get a short amount of time to pitch during the day, to an audience of early adopters, industry reps and VCs.

Some get less than others - I’m looking forward to the FastPitch event this morning, where I’ll be one of three judges that receive 2 minute pitches from mobile app developers with exciting properties. I’ll let you know how it goes!
