I had a three minute chat with Oren Todoros blogger and evangelist for Modu.

Bena: Hi Oren! Can you summarize Modu in ten words?
Oden: Modu allows you to shape and reshape the way you communicate?
Bena: So how much is a Modu device with a jacket?
Oden: The MSRP for the Modu bundle (typically a Modu and two jackets) will be under Eur 200. But with network operator subsidies the Modu bundle might be offered for free by some.
Bena: There is a lot of hype about the iPhone – where does Modu fit into that hype? Is it an alternative or killer to the iPhone?
Oden: Modu is a new disruptive concept. A new way of manufacturing, buying and using mobile phones. The Modu users have the freedom to choose a new phone as often as they like, meeting their changing needs, preferences and style.
I fell in love with this at Mobile World Congress and perhaps we might hear some more at CTIA with our GoMo News on Wheels! production or during our exclusive party at the Hard Rock Cafe.
