Mojiva hires VP of Business Development and VP of Product Marketing
Mobile advertising platformer Mojiva today announced two additions to its executive team: Tim Cronin, Vice President of Business Development, and Julie Preis, Vice President of Product Marketing.
Tim Cronin comes to Mojiva with more than 15 years of executive management experience with start-up, technology-based companies. He began his advertising career working for the NIKKEI Group and then for JWT, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. Cronin was an early team member of DoubleClick, one of the Internet’s first ad networks, which was recently acquired by Google. While at DoubleClick, Cronin introduced Internet advertising technology and online advertising opportunities to clients including Coca-Cola and FedEx.
Julie Preis brings over a decade of experience in the emerging technology space to Mojiva’s executive team. At Zentropy Interactive, a Web development group in Los Angeles, she helped large entertainment and corporate brands such as MGM, PolyGram, and Neutrogena make the transition into new media. From there, Preis went on to co-found Mixed Signals Technologies, a pioneering interactive television company, where she built and managed the production arm of the organization.
Most recently, Preis was General Manager of Ansible, a joint venture between IPG and Velti, a European mobile service provider, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of IPG’s mobile agency.
“Tim and Julie both bring a unique blend of experience and entrepreneurial leadership,” said Dave Gwozdz, CEO. “Their knowledge, creativity, and drive will be invaluable to the Mojiva executive team as we continue to grow the business in 2009.”
