Movidilo announces the launch of the new version 3.6 of its famous multimedia platform for mobile self-service solutions

This new version is characterised by the incorporation of new multimodal functions that enable users to interact even more naturally with the Movidilo Care and Movidilo Fun! solutions on their mobile handsets through the use of voice.
The use of voice for easier handling of Movidilo self-management solution is an addition to the list of usability, quality and interactivity features that has placed the Movidilo platform at the forefront as a technology of reference in the provision of advanced solutions for mobile self-service.

Browsing, searching or the entering of commands into the mobile handset using voice provides for a more natural user relationship with the Movidilo Customer Care and Value-Added services for telecommunications operators and large corporations. Among other functions supported are features such as self-management by customers using their own mobile phones, querying and downloading all types of contents, the broadcasting of promotions and advertising, the mobile use of social networks and leisure applications, m-commerce and the querying of information services, all at levels unbeatable in industry in terms of dynamics, graphic quality and personalisation.
