MVNO Blyk new advertiser Pot Noodle
Mindshare has created a new advertising campaign with mobile element for Pot Noodle. For those of you who don’t know: Pot Noodle is an English tradition. At University, I was unfortunate enough to share a house with not one, not two but three men (Simon Wright, Tall Paul, Beer Mat Paul – I am sure there were a few others as well actually!)
So, I have first hand experience on British male single student (under 24) culture.
For the Brits, Pot Noodle goes together with beer, football, rugby, Playboy – it’s a must have. Yikes! I forgot Curry. But to put it simply – if there is no Curry house nearby after a drinking marathon – well Pot Noodle is the second best option.
Noodle in gravy soupy thing is all I can say. Zero nutritional value – but loved by the larger louts!
Anyway, the adverts have been signed and space has been bought on UK MVNO Blyk.
What we think?
Pot Noodle is a great advertiser for Blyk. It’s the right market, a good age and definitely spot on.
