Red Loop Media has just come out of stealth mode. Red Loop is a US firm but its first sale is in China – which is interesting. The company must be trying to make carve a niche for itself in the international rather than local sphere.

What we think?
It seems as though Red Loop Media is a young new company with a base in the US but enough clout in China to make sales. I suspect that this company is a small start-up with native Chinese speakers working on the ground in the US. I find it interesting that the company says it was founded in 2007 but has been in stealth mode for five years. This one sale cements the start of the business and brings yet another competitor into the mobile marketing domain.
But what is different is that the global aspect here with a HQ in the US and two small offices in Israel and China. So even though there is some local presence the ability to pool in US advertisers and ads must be a plus point for the new company. Additionally with all the hype on the term “cloud” right now that word is integral to Red Loop’s pitch.
