Melodis raises USD 7 million for Midomi Music Search in a round led by TransLink Capital.
MCN has also announced a new agreement with Smart Communication in the Philippines. A service Smart Music Search has been launched and MCN is powering the MusicStore of full track downloads.
I would have written more on MCN but that is all I know so far – a full briefing on MCN due in the next week.
