Rating: O2 Can’t Do

I had a great time in Florida and managed to finally recover from that Rocket Fuel drink but it obviously had some kind of impact on me as I managed to lose my brand new sexy mobile phone. I have phone insurance and so wasn’t too worried. But today as I spoke to O2 on the phone; my insurance does not cover me for the phone I was using in the US. It goes by the last phone I have on their records – which is not my most recent purchase and Its MY FAULT for not registering the new phone? (That I bought in an O2 shop)

Hello?

As a customer for four years with an average bill of over GBP 160 per month – I thought they would be desperate to get me a new phone, sort out the insurance or offer me an upgrade? But I was wrong. I am only a customer and hence; not very important.

O2. I am VERY disappointed and now I am left as the owner of a small business with no device and no SIM card. I asked O2 to “hold” payment on the account as I can’t use the phone so don’t want to pay the GBP 50 per month – but they can’t do that either.
Anyway; any device manufacturer that wants a review on the device and/or a mobile operator that wants a loyal high end customer – please send me an offer – I am ready willing and able to churn immediately.
