OxySystems is a music recommendation and social networking company. It has just launched phling! Mobile Music Program. This is music promotion service that is available on subscription and enables communication between song writers and listeners or subscribers.
Feedback occurs via SMS or bulletin boards and user can rate or slate songs. This enables new artists to also obtain great exposure through partnerships with phling!
Oxy Systems also has a partnership with United DJ’s Radio and phling! Will be pushed and serve the Internet radio community as well.

What we think
Interesting. But making money from music on mobile – however innovative the service is a tough call. There are a lot of music recommendation services available and even they are growing at an alarming rate. More in the Mobile Search Analyst.
