I have to say - I would pay a fee if the service was good and it would guarantee me a service that I could rely on. I am desperate to go “only mobile” but you can’t rely on what is out there at the moment.

I’d love to know how much a Windows Mobile license costs for a handset manufacturer (e.g. HTC). Any idea where I could get this info or an estimate?
