Rob Thomas at Billboard on iPhone apps, Twitter and music

I am listening to Rob Thomas (MatchBox 20) live at Billboard and it is great to hear musicians so positive on mobile and music.

Rob is proud of its 9K twitter followers and is going to make an iPhone application that is like a “sexy pen” where you bend it upside down and the woman or person becomes naked – his iPhone app when turned upside down will show him in a bikini.

He said that iPhone apps are like fun for fans and its vital to create pockets of Twitter or mobile communities. He totally felt passion for mobile and communication.

On music he said that ringtones and digital was it. In 1996 he said, “do we need a website” so to avoid that mobile is top priority.

You can listen to some of Rob’s new music here and also see some video here: www.flixwagoncom/gomobile I will be updating later on today and will add some video to the blog.
