Starhome MACH’s steering of roaming solution gets top rating in global independent survey

Combined company receives the highest ranking in ROCCO survey

Starhome MACH, the global leader in providing market-driven network and clearing house services for the mobile industry, has announced that its steering of roaming solution (SoR) was ranked the best on the market in a recent independent survey by the Roaming Consulting Company (ROCCO). Respondents from 192 mobile operators in 111 countries took part in the survey. Starhome MACH received the highest ranking in all the main categories of the survey, which focused on steering performance, leadership and value.

Results were particularly strong in market understanding, customer service, reliability, and the depth of available value-added services.

Starhome MACH’s Intelligent Preferred Network (IPN) steering of roaming solution was also seen as the most precise solution – ensuring operators meet their wholesale roaming agreement obligations and optimise revenue by controlling which visited network their subscribers register to when travelling abroad.

“The survey revealed significant insights from the operators, which further clarified their perceptions and needs about both steering and the suppliers of these services,” said ROCCO’s CCO, Jason Bryan.
