T-Mobile Austria MyFaves on a unified subscriber database

T-Mobile Austria has implemented the Nokia Siemens Networks’ data management solution for its customer care strategy.

T-Mobile Austria is offering new personalized services, such as “MyFaves” social networking, to its customers and enjoying reduced network complexity and maintenance thanks to a single, consolidated database platform from Nokia Siemens Networks.

The replacement of a number of separate databases used for different applications and services with a single, shared platform provides real-time access to all subscriber data – a complete view of each customer profile. This allows T-Mobile to provide profiled voice, data or multimedia services to its subscribers, based on their needs or preferences.
