Mobile advertiser Greystripe now serves on AdWhirl
Today, mobile advertiser Greystripe has announced it will be serving ads through AdWhirl. But this seemingly simple deal is actually at the center of a tangle of red tape, bans and suspended swords. One of the biggest remaining independent mobile ad networks in the world, Greystripe has generated a lot of success this year by serving existing Flash ads as HTML5 onto the iPhone and iPad. Now those ads will be able to appear on every publishing platform served by AdWhirl – which was bought by major iAds competitor AdMob at the end of last year. And it gets better. Continue reading
