Fast becoming a giant in the provision of video content for the mobile sector, Babelgum has scored another impressive tie up – this time with online film criticism site – Reverse Shot. These gys are so trendy that the verb they use for creation – ‘curated’ - isn’t even in the dictionary yet.

Ringtones are seen as pretty passé in a lot of quarters, as far as content goes. But Vringo is attempting to combine ringtones, video and social aspects in an app that makes ringtones relevant again. I got a demo from Josh Shabtai, Vringo VP of Marketing, outside the GoMo News Blender at CTIA last night. Also, they kindly provided a special offer for GoMo News.

Here’s the first of the GoMo videos recorded at CTIA. Nokia took a bus load of journalists out to see their offices in San Diego on the day before CTIA officially begins. The press event was kept quite hush-hush - and turned out to be a walk through their physical device testing labs.
