Telecom Italia to launch iPhone 3G on prepaid

From July 11, the iPhone 3G will be available in over 2,600 TIM retail outlets. For prepaid customers the 8GB iPhone 3G device will be available for EUR 499. The 16GB model will be EUR 569.

For contract customers the 8GB iPhone 3G will be a subscription ranging from free to EUR 199 – depending on tariff plan.
