Rating: Where do we go? Where do we go now?

Norwegian mobile operator Telenor has deployed Nuance’s speech solutions. The solution is called Call Steering and it’s a packaged call routing solution.

What?
At first I thought that it was some funky voice navigation system – but alas no. This is IVR hell packaged in a new name and is a CRM service that routes calls to the right call centre person.

But: for all other mobile related articles on Nuance please see here: http://www.bkimedia.com/searchresult.php?cx=007466969562773069775%3Aem7mcrcspnk&cof=FORID%3A9&q=nuance#1140
