Telmap responses positively to criticism

Rating:  GoMo News stands corrected

It’s always heartening to receive positive feedback, so Ronen Soffer’s (CTO with Telmap) response to GoMo News’ story about partnering with operators (here) definitely merits publication.

Ronen says, ” A short note to say thanks for your insightful and critical coverage of our press releases. It is good to see someone actually think and analyse them, even if the outcome may be more challenging than reassuring at times.”

And in quick response to your Android story (Telmap moves Navigator app onto Android) – let me just say there’s always been a Java version.

Indeed,  it was the first version ever (2001 – almost launched with H3G in the UK) and we’ve never ever dropped Java from our codebase (the BB one is J2ME to be honest).

Must be our fault for not making it clearer in our  Press releases. Anyway, thanks again and all the best!

Glad to be of service, Ronen.
