TIM’s new “TIM Zero Confini” roaming option will offer the first three minutes of calls for a flat rate fee of EUR 1 for incoming and outgoing calls. The price also includes the interconnection fee, which can only be described as cheap.

Vodafone is going to have to re-think its Passport services quickly – where TIM has led, others will follow.
