Rating: Hurry to win £100 worth of iTunes vouchers
In what we suspect is a desperate bid to promote the fact its MortgagesUK iPhone app is nearly ready, Mortgage Brain has launched its Fantasy F1 competition. Competitors are offered the chance to win iTunes vouchers worth up to £100. It’s actually quite feasible to play this game on your mobile phone as we discovered with our Nokia Lumia 800 W7 Mango phone. GoMobile News would recommend that initially you register using a desktop computer or tablet, though. With the Nokia we also found it handy to register with a Hotmail email address. You’d better get cracking, though, because the deadline to create your own Formula One Fantasy team seems to be today [March 16th 2012] at 5pm GMT. The reason for that short window of opportunity is that players will start scoring points from 17th March 2012 which is Saturday Qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix.
Obviously the game will finish on 25th November 2012 which is Race Day for the last event of the season – the Brazilian Grand Prix.
All you have to do is pick four drivers; two teams (Constructors); one engine; plus one bonus circuit all from a budget of €100 million. Sadly our entry – Team Rox didn’t have the budget to pick Monaco!

GoMobile News really thinks that Mortgage Brain really missed out on a big chance because creating iOS and Android version of this game would have been an absolute doodle.
