UpSNAP has entered into a data agreement with Sprint to provide mobile users with access to NASCAR In-Car Audio, where users can slisten to live NASCAR drives during races.

What we think
UpSNAP is slowly yet surely becoming the king of all things audio and unique. The company has its own Karaoke service, it offers thousands of podcasts via wireless and services such as this NASCAR initiative. UpSNAP is also planning to launch a meta-data mobile search platform purely for mobile content next week.

From the press release:
“We are excited to continue to offer this leading edge real-time mobile offering and to give NASCAR fans a chance to hear what their favorite drivers are doing in the fast lane,” said Tony Philipp, CEO of UpSNAP.
The service can be reached during races by typing *RACE on any Sprint or Nextel phone. In addition fans can listen to Race related podcasts, and interviews.
