Rating: Why wouldn’t operators do this?

By Annie Turner

Bubble Motion is launching a new platform, BubbleTALK2.0, which will make Voice SMS implementations easier for operators, as well as provide new features. The new platform will be at the core of all Bubble Motion’s future Voice SMS implementations, simplifying the process for mobile operators and reducing the installation time to two weeks, according to the company.

The BubbleTALK platform has been redesigned into modules, so that operators can add new functionality when they are ready.

The new features include:

• enabling interconnect between operators, so subscribers can send
Bubble messages nationally and internationally;

• multi-language support;

• sending a messages by pressing a single button;

• subscribers can send messages to groups of people by a click of a button.

The BubbleTALK implementation at Vodafone Egypt was recently named as being one of the top ten non-voice revenue-generators by Analysys. Within two months of launch, 15% of Vodafone Egypt’s subscriber base started using the service. Over the same time, the service from Bubble Motion improved the average revenue per user from those using the service by 1.5%.

We love it. Why aren’t more operators blowing Bubbles?
