What happened to UK customer service in phone shops?

by: Bena Roberts Tuesday, August 19th, 2008

I went into the O2 Shop in Bond Street today. I walked around picked up the most expensive devices. Sharon and Tracey watched me and smiled at me. At one point they even commented on my heels. But did they ask me if I wanted an iPhone 3G. Hell No.

So I went into Vodafone. Hello. Hello. Earth calling Vodafone. Yes I am a business woman but it doesn’t mean that I want a Blackberry. The sales guy didn’t want to sell me anything else - I nearly died.

3 and T-Mobile next.
