XOX MVNO in Malyasia; Tele2 Austria MVNO cartel?

So in cold Austria (where I spent Christmas this year) the cartel authority is investing the sale of Tele 2 to Telekom Austria. Just when you think its all going good for MVNO’s - this.

Then on the other side of the world in Malaysia XOX is about to launch. The MVNO is set to launch one new service this month in its attempt to go live within the next three to six months.

When I was in Singapore I did some digging on the MVNO market and I think there are 4 or 5 existing MVNOs. Iam not aware of all of them but following some meetings at Mobility World Congress in Hong Kong – I know an enterprise MVNO is also about to launch. (If anyone knows the names please help me out here).
XOX will be a social networking MVNO – offering voice and prepaid.
